where do we deliver?
We currently offer local delivery to:

delivery lead times:
Because every arrangement is made fresh and custom for you, we require advance notice on all orders:

Standard orders: Minimum 2 business days notice

Large or event orders: Minimum 4 business days notice
Need something sooner? Contact us, we'll do our best to accommodate rush requests when our schedule allows, though a rush fee will apply.
delivery fees:
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location:
Baton Rouge - $20
New Orleans - $60
Delivery fees will be confirmed at checkout or when we finalize your order.
Delivery times:
We offer delivery during the following windows:

Monday – Friday, 5 PM – 10 PM

Saturday - Sunday, 9 AM - 10PM
You'll receive a confirmation with your estimated delivery window once your order is scheduled. While we can't guarantee exact delivery times, we'll always do our best to keep you in the loop.
what to expect on delivery day?
Our goal is to get your blooms to you as fresh as possible. Here's how it works:

We'll reach out if we need access instructions or a gate code

If no one is home, we'll leave your flowers in a safe spot (weather permitting) unless you tell us otherwise

For temperature-sensitive days (extreme heat or cold), please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide a shaded/protected drop-off location
Cancellations & changes
Because we source fresh flowers specifically for your order, we ask that any cancellations or changes be made at least 1 day before your scheduled delivery.
Late cancellations may be subject to a partial charge. We know things happen, just reach out as soon as possible and we'll work with you.
issues with your delivery?
We take pride in every arrangement that leaves our hands. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
