Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

We pour a lot of love into every arrangement we want you to love it too. Here's what to know about refunds, credits, and what happens if something doesn't go as planned.

 

The Nature of Fresh Flowers

Because our bouquets are made to order using fresh flowers, we can't accept returns in the traditional sense. Once flowers leave our hands, they can't be restocked or resold.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If something goes wrong, we'll always do our best to make it right.

 

When Refunds Apply

We offer refunds or credits in the following situations:

Damaged or Poor-Quality Flowers If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or not up to our standards, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll assess the situation and offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit. Whichever makes the most sense.

Order Not Delivered If your order never arrives due to an error on our end, you'll receive a full refund or a replacement delivery at no extra charge.

Significant Errors If your order is significantly different from what you requested (wrong colors, wrong size, missing elements), reach out within 24 hours with photos and we'll work with you on a resolution.

 

When Refunds Don't Apply

We're unable to offer refunds in these situations:

  • Change of mind after your order has been placed or delivered

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer (wrong address, missing gate code, etc.)

  • No one available to receive delivery and flowers are left in a safe location per our policy

  • Minor variations in bloom type, shade, or size due to seasonal availability or the natural nature of flowers

  • Flowers left unattended that are affected by heat, cold, or weather conditions after delivery

 

Cancellations

Plans change, we get it. Here's how cancellations work:

Cancellations can happen at any time but you will only be refunded if you cancel within 24 hours of when you placed your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

 

Event & Large Orders

For event florals and large orders, cancellation terms may differ and will be outlined in your order confirmation or custom quote. Payments for event orders are generally non-refundable, as we reserve time and source materials specifically for your order.

 

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider

  • If you'd prefer a credit toward a future order instead of a refund, just let us know

How to Request a Refund

If you'd like to request a refund or report an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/placing your order:

  • Your name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (NEEDED)

We'll get back to you as quickly as possible—usually within 1–2 business days.
