These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Blooms x Yonna website and your purchase of our products and services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted, so we encourage you to check back occasionally.

 

Placing an Order

When you place an order with Blooms x Yonna, you're requesting a custom floral arrangement made just for you. Here's how it works:

• All orders are subject to availability of flowers and materials

• Orders are confirmed once we've accepted your request and payment has been processed

• We'll reach out if any substitutions are needed due to seasonal availability—your arrangement will always be equally beautiful

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you've provided (name, contact info, delivery address, etc.) is accurate and complete.

 

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD

• Our custom bouquets start at a minimum of $55

• Delivery fees are additional and vary based on location

• Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise arranged

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed.

 

Order Minimums & Lead Times

• All orders require a minimum purchase of $[XX] (before delivery fees)

• Standard orders require at least [X] business days' notice

• Large or event orders require at least [X] business days' notice

• Rush requests may be accommodated when possible and may include an additional fee

 

Substitutions

Because we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, exact stems or colors may not always be available. If we need to make substitutions, we'll:

• Choose flowers of equal or greater value

• Maintain the overall aesthetic, color palette, and vibe of your order

• Contact you in advance if the changes are significant

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that minor substitutions may occur.

 

Delivery

• We deliver to Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and surrounding areas

• Delivery dates and windows are estimates, not guarantees

• You're responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including any access codes or special instructions

• If no one is available to receive the delivery, we may leave flowers in a safe location at our discretion

Cancellations & Refunds

We get it, plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations:

• ONLY cancellations made 24 HOURS WITHIN ORDERING: Full refund

• Cancellations made after day of ordering: NO REFUND, as flowers may have already been ordered or arranged.

• No-shows or failed deliveries due to incorrect information: NO REFUND

Issues & Complaints

We put love into every arrangement and want you to be thrilled with your flowers. If something isn't right; damaged blooms, missing items, or anything else, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll work to make it right.

We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit at our discretion.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including; photos, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Blooms x Yonna and is protected by copyright. Please don't copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

If you share photos of our work on social media (please do!), we'd love a tag: @bloomsxyonna

 

User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to interfere with the site's functionality

• Submit false information or place fraudulent orders

• Copy or scrape content from our site without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

 

Limitation of Liability

We do our very best to deliver beautiful, fresh flowers every time. However, Blooms x Yonna is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, etc.)

• Flowers left unattended that are affected by heat, cold, or other environmental factors

• Minor variations in color, size, or bloom appearance due to the natural nature of fresh flowers

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

 

Indemnification

By using our website or services, you agree to hold Blooms x Yonna harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our site or any violation of these terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
