Here's everything you need to know about ordering from Blooms X Yonna. If you don't see your question here, do not hesitate to reach out!
How do I order?
You have two options! Browse the Shop page and add items to your cart, or fill out a Custom Order form if you have a specific vision in mind. I'll reach out with a quote for custom orders within 24-48 hours.
How far in advance should I order?
Please order at least 2 days in advance. This gives me time to source the freshest blooms and craft your arrangement with care. For larger orders or events, I recommend reaching out even earlier! Same day orders should be ordered at least 4 hours in advance.
Can I fully customize my bouquet?
Absolutely! That's what I'm here for. You can choose your own colors for any of my set styles, or submit a completely custom order with your own vision. Send me Pinterest boards or even just colors, whatever helps me understand your dream bouquet.
What's the price range?
Arrangements start at $55 and go up depending on size, flower selection, and add-ons. Custom orders receive personalized quotes based on your specific requests.
Do you deliver?
Yes! I offer delivery to Baton Rouge for $20 and New Orleans for $60. You can also pick up your order for free in Baton Rouge—I'll send you the address after your order is confirmed.
Where is pickup located?
Pickup is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Near Costco. Once your order is confirmed and paid, I'll send you the exact pickup address and available times.
Can I add extras like cards or stuffed animals?
Yes! Cards are always free, be sure to type your message in the box before putting order in the cart. I also offer a variety of add-ons for an additional fee, including stuffed animals, butterflies, crowns, and banners. Just select your add-ons at checkout or mention them in your custom order.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Life happens! Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make changes. I'll do my best to accommodate, but changes or cancellations within 24 hours of pickup/delivery are not possible since I'll have already prepped your flowers. Refund Policy
Do you do events or bulk orders?
I'd love to help make your event bloom! For weddings, parties, or large orders, please reach out through the Custom Order form or contact me directly with details about your event, date, and vision. I'll work with you to create something special.
