Due to each bouquet being personalized, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless something is incorrect on your bouquet. If there's something incorrect with your Bouquet, please contact Blooms X Yonna within 24 hours of delivery/pickup with photos and Blooms X Yonna will work to resolve it promptly.
